We’re working exclusively with a confidential, pioneering global cybersecurity services business seeking to appoint a Vice President of Sales, EMEA to spearhead its commercial growth across the region.

The Role: VP of Sales, EMEA
This is a critical leadership position with full ownership of the EMEA go-to-market strategy. You’ll lead a growing team of 8+ sales professionals globally, with direct responsibility for hiring, developing, and driving performance across the UK and Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading from the front: You love being out with customers—face to face, listening, challenging, selling.
- Team leadership: Coach, inspire, and grow a high-performing sales function, starting with hiring two new heads across EMEA.
- Client reactivation: Re-engage dormant customers—household names like General Electric—and unlock unrealised opportunities.
- Strategy execution: Build and execute a robust, contemporary sales plan that aligns with their ambitious $100M revenue target over 2–3 years.
- Global collaboration: Work seamlessly with US-based colleagues and clients across both coasts.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales Leadership Experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment—ideally in cyber services, managed services, or consulting.
- Proven success in international sales management, especially across UK, EMEA, and US markets.
- A highly strategic and hands-on approach—you know how to build, scale, and drive a team to hit aggressive growth targets.
- Experience with complex enterprise sales, long cycles, CISO and CTO-level engagement, and navigating high-stakes procurement processes.
- A proactive, gritty, and resilient operator—you thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and bring energy into every room.
