Job Summary We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Print Finisher to join our clients growing production team in Uckfield. You'll play a key role in the final stages of print production, using a range of finishing equipment, including guillotines, folders, laminators, creasers, binders, and packaging tools. E nsuring all products are finished to high quality standards and ready for delivery. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Operate finishing equipment safely and efficiently, including cutters, folders, laminators, stitchers, creasers, and binding machines. Complete finishing tasks such as trimming, folding, scoring, laminating, binding, collating, drilling, and packing printed materials. Inspect finished work carefully to ensure it meets quality standards, job specifications, and customer expectations. Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment, reporting faults promptly to minimise downtime. Work closely with print operators and production staff to prioritise jobs, maintain workflow, and meet daily deadlines. (Please note: duties may vary depending on operational requirements.) Health & Safety Adhere strictly to all Health & Safety policies and procedures Remain vigilant, alert, and aware of surrounding risks at all times Preferable for this position but not essential: Access to own vehicle Requirements: Right to work in the UK. Previous experience in a similar role Good attention to detail and teamwork skills Previous experience in print finishing, bindery, or a similar production environment is preferred. Basic mechanical awareness and confidence in carrying out minor equipment checks.
