The school is looking for caring, proactive Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their dedicated and friendly team. You'll play a vital role in helping pupils achieve their full potential-both academically and personally. Key Responsibilities Support pupils' learning and well-being under the direction of the class teacher and SEN staff. Provide 1:1 or small-group support to help pupils engage in lessons and activities. Assist with communication, sensory and physical needs, including personal care where required. Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
