We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our establishment. Duties
To assist the managers with the smooth running of a busy town centre venue.
* Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all departments adhere to company standards and policies.
* Provide outstanding guest services, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
* Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
* Oversee human resources functions, including staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
* Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Assist in managing budgets and inventory control, ensuring efficient use of resources.
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
* Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or hotel industry is essential.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
* Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for visitors.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
