Summary
Urgent temporary Business Support opportunities – full time. Two urgent, full‑time temporary Business Support roles available in the Property Safety Team. One role until end of March, one role until end of June. Roles focus on a high‑volume fire door appointment project, supporting contractor liaison, no access management, appointment making and updating data in the Assets system.
Overview
Be part of a key project: coordinate and administer a large number of fire door appointments. Varied and impactful work: liaise with contractors, internal teams and customers. Develop your skills: build project management, organisational and communication skills in a fast‑paced environment. Support the team: assist with meetings, telephony and other admin tasks to keep the project on track. Data management: keep property and project information accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate fire door appointment project, including appointment making and liaising with contractors.
* Support contractor liaison and no access management.
* Update data in the Assets system and maintain accurate property and project information.
* Assist with meetings, telephony and other admin tasks to support the team.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in administrative or business support roles.
* Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Confident liaising with internal teams, contractors and customers.
* Solutions‑focused, with a can‑do attitude.
Pay & Benefits
* Salary is £25,034 for a 37‑hour, full‑time, fixed‑term position.
