The Opportunity
We’re looking for a National Sales Lead to drive growth in the Home Improvement and Renewables sector. This is a pivotal role where you’ll:
* Own the strategy for identifying and onboarding new partners—both direct and broker‑led.
* Build strong relationships with retailers and brokers to deliver sustainable growth.
* Work closely with internal teams to shape propositions, influence decisions and ensure compliance.
* Be the face of V12 in a dynamic, regulated market—bringing insight, energy and commercial acumen.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in retail finance new business acquisition and account management.
* Strong knowledge of the Home Improvement and Renewables sector.
* Ability to influence at all levels, from internal stakeholders to board‑level partners.
* A track record of hitting targets in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
* Resilience, ambition and a customer‑first mindset.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
