Key Responsibilities
* Deliver professional planning advice across a range of sectors and project types
* Manage planning applications, reports, and supporting documentation
* Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and local authorities
* Assist in the delivery of complex, nationally significant projects
* Contribute to business development opportunities and maintain commercial awareness
What You’ll Bring
* Progress towards or achievement of MRTPI chartered status
* 3–4+ years’ experience in planning (consultancy or related environment)
* Strong organisational, verbal, and written communication skills
* Sound knowledge of the UK planning system and associated legislation
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
