Key Responsibilities Include: Completing the staff Rota to ensure adequate cover at all times Ensuring all payroll queries are effectively managed Shortlisting applicants and arranging interviews Facilitating new joiner inductions and induction training Carrying out both operational and health safety audits Ensure staff and service users records are up to date and correctly maintained. Support the service manager with handling complaints and investigations Manage and audit: keys, swipe cards and personal alarms Further ad hoc duties The ideal applicant?
