Bramley Health is looking to recruit a Operations Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis for our Ballater House care home, based in Coulsdon.
You will be coordinating a range of tasks and assisting with the smooth running of the Service. We are looking for a proactive individual with a positive attitude, who is able to work closely with the Registered Manager, supporting with operational and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Completing the staff Rota to ensure adequate cover at all times
* Ensuring all payroll queries are effectively managed
* Shortlisting applicants and arranging interviews
* Facilitating new joiner inductions and induction training
* Carrying out both operational and health + safety audits
* Ensure staff and service users records are up to date and correctly maintained.
* Support the service manager with handling complaints and investigations
* Manage and audit: keys, swipe cards and personal alarms
* Further ad hoc duties
The ideal applicant?
* A good understanding of MS office
* Able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels
* Excellent telephone manner
* Accuracy and attention to detail
