Job Description Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship – Blossom Patch Nursery - Acton Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at Blossom Patch Nursery - Acton, East Acton. We create a safe and loving atmosphere where children feel secure, settled, and free to be themselves. Our EYFS-based approach blends structured learning with hands-on play, sparking curiosity and laying strong foundations for the future. Our experienced team nurtures each child with patience, attention, and encouragement—celebrating every milestone along the way. We have 4 rooms and care for children between 3 months to 5 years There are Lots of local transport links around the Nursery Your duties and responsibilities will include; Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development. Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning. Have strong written and verbal communication skills. Display a caring and nurturing attitude towards the children in your care Role responsibilities include: Act as designated key person for an allocated number of children.
