MOBILE CLEANER
Location: Cardiff
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
Contract Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
ISS, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK is seeking to hire a Mobile Cleaner to cover the Cardiff area.
The role will support the business in all aspects of self-delivered activities and will work alongside direct and indirect account teams to ensure effective service delivery and frontline compliance.
Job Description
Responsible for recovery cleaning operations across an allocated portfolio in line with their Sector Manager’s Area. Rota’s will be defined from week to week or even day to day and will be allocated by the Sector Manager, falling with an 8-hour working window. Contract specification and knowledge is needed to ensure full delivery to clients SLA’s are met.
Key Responsibilities
* All aspects of cleaning operational delivery within the site in remit
* Periodic Cleaning delivered as per the client specification and as per the Schedule to 100%.
* To always adhere to client’s specific security procedures and policies.
* Ensure storerooms are tidy and stock stored correctly.
* Ensure adequate stocks of all materials and consumables are always maintained - flag up any issues to relevant manger.
* Record every visit to site in the communications book and ensure T&A is used each visit.
* Time management – The full duration of each contracted shift must be adhered to, no visits must fall short of this time.
* Responsible and adapt ownership attitude.
* Be able to apply attention to detail.
* Travel is required, and overnight stays may be necessary.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Experience as a Cleaner is preferred
* Able to drive and has a current, clean UK Driving Licence (preferably Manual)
* Ability to communicate with and support front-line colleagues effectively.
* Ability to manage client expectations.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, outstanding customer service with remote business groups.
* Must be flexible, adaptable and proactive.
* Ability to effectively manage priorities and projects.
* Able to build good working relationships in a professional manner with internal stakeholders.
