Account Director – Broadcast Media
We’re working on an exciting opportunity for an Account Director to join a growing media business delivering high-impact campaigns across broadcast and outdoor environments.
This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong background in broadcast media sales (TV, AV or video), who understands how to translate linear campaigns into broader, multi-channel opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help drive revenue growth, shape commercial strategy and build meaningful agency relationships.
Day to day, you will:
• Build and grow strong relationships with media agencies across key groups
• Respond to briefs with creative, broadcast-led and commercially compelling proposals
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and re-engage lapsed clients
• Support and mentor Account Managers and Executives
• Contribute to sales strategy and revenue planning
• Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly
• Use market insight and broadcast trends to generate new ideas
What we’re looking for
• Proven experience in broadcast media sales (TV, AV, video or similar)
• Strong agency relationships across major network groups
• A confident, engaging presenter with strong influencing skills
• Commercially minded with solid analytical ability
• Proactive, creative and solutions-focused
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• A collaborative team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
