Job Summary

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Manager (L&D) and key stakeholders to shape and deliver impactful learning experiences that drive performance, engagement, and a culture of continuous development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver development programmes including onboarding, leadership, career pathways, and PDRs.
* Coordinate workshops, coaching sessions, and learning events.
* Support and monitor Performance Development Reviews (PDRs).
* Maintain accurate records across LMS and HR systems.
* Manage L&D approvals, contracts, and budgets.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to source high-quality learning solutions.
* Analyse feedback and performance data to enhance learning outcomes.
* Champion a culture of learning and personal growth.
* Assist with reporting, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
* Support HR with employee relations and cross-functional projects when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Level 5 CIPD or equivalent,
* Or a degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in L&D, HR, or employee development.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Effective communication and facilitation abilities.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
* Ability to work collaboratively and juggle multiple priorities.
* Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
* A genuine passion for developing people.

35 hours Monday – Friday
Work base:
Although NEBOSH offices in Leicestershire (close to Fosse Park and M1) are considered as your work base, we have adopted hybrid working practices (however, attendance will be required at the office on a regular basis).
Salary:
FTE £33,268.13 per annum
