Job description:
* Perform CMM, Smart Scope, and Keyence programming.
* Prepare measurement reports with accuracy and completeness.
* Manage equipment maintenance activities, including calibration, review of calibration frequency, efficiency improvement, and evaluating equipment replacement needs.
* Prepare Certificates of Conformance (COC) for all segments.
* Provide equipment training to Inspectors.
* Assist Engineers with any measurement-related requests.
* Utilize statistical methods to review IPQC dimensional stability and propose optimized measurement frequencies.
* Perform any additional duties as assigned by the reporting superior.
Requirements:
* Hands‑on experience in CMM, Smart Scope, and Keyence LMX programming.
* Proficient in MS Office and quality‑related software.
* Strong knowledge of measurement equipment and related systems.
