Overview
We're partnering with a leading UK healthcare services organisation to hire a CRM & Automation Specialist. This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially driven CRM professional to take ownership of CRM strategy, lifecycle automation, and customer journey optimisation across both B2B and B2C audiences. The role is focused on transforming Salesforce into a commercial growth and retention engine, helping improve referrals, strengthen partner relationships, and optimise customer conversion from enquiry through to booking.
The Role
As CRM & Automation Specialist, you'll own the CRM roadmap, using data, segmentation, and automation to support commercial growth, utilisation, and long-term retention. You'll build robust customer profiles, create highly targeted lifecycle journeys, and work closely with marketing and commercial teams to ensure communications are timely, relevant, and conversion-focused. This is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of CRM strategy, hands-on journey building, and commercial stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and evolve the commercial CRM strategy
* Build a single customer view to support advanced segmentation and personalisation
* Develop automated B2B partner journeys to strengthen relationships and reduce churn
* Optimise B2C customer journeys, improving conversion from enquiry to booking
* Use Salesforce and automation tools to build workflows, lead scoring, and next-best-action logic
* Partner with marketing and commercial teams to translate growth goals into data-led campaigns
* Explore opportunities to leverage AI and predictive tools for smarter personalisation
* Ensure CRM activity aligns with GDPR/PECR best practice
* Analyse lifecycle, campaign, and pipeline performance to drive measurable revenue impact
Qualifications / About You
* Strong experience in a commercial CRM, lifecycle, or automation role
* Proven track record of using Salesforce to drive revenue growth, bookings, or retention
* Strong understanding of segmentation, behavioural targeting, and lifecycle optimisation
* Experience across both B2B and B2C journeys
* Confident influencing sales, marketing, and commercial stakeholders
* Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or complex service-led customer journeys would be advantageous
