Vacancy:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Support Worker to join our team in Bicester, Oxfordshire OX26. Working within a 3 bedded childrens residential home, you will play a crucial role in supporting and mentoring children and young people who live within our home, helping them to navigate challenges and achieve their personal goals.
You will be responsible for their safety, supporting them with their daily routines, getting up in the morning, getting ready for school or supporting them with daily / leisure activities in the home or out and about in the community, attending medical appointments, supporting with family visits, support with meal preparation and more!
