Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
* Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and resources
* Monitor project costs and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained and safety protocols are followed
* Manage documentation including daily reports, safety records, and progress updates
* Implement effective time management strategies to optimise productivity across multiple projects
* Address any issues or delays promptly to minimise impact on project delivery
Experience
* Proven experience in construction site management with a strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale industrial projects
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate diverse stakeholders effectively
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to construction sites is required
