Leading a team of up to 3 Business Development Managers who will not only be expected to hit and exceed your sales targets, but mentor, nurture and guide a strong sales team. This role is focused on New Business wins by being an asset and adding value to your client's needs. You will be working for a well-regarded company who excel in what they do. This is about creating and developing long standing relationships with large corporates. You will have full autonomy over your role and be accountable for your own success.
* At this level we are expecting you to come with a track record of success in the FM, Maintenance and B2B playing field
* Currently operating in a senior SALES position and leading your own team
* Comfortable running your own diary and a self-starter
* Ability to identify and go after new relationships, preferably with your own contacts
* A resilient character who excels in a target driven sales environment
* A true ambassador for the company - knowledgeable and personable
