Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Service Manager with strong HVAC background to join our team! In this role, you will supervise all aspects of our service and installation teams scheduling, ordering, dispatching and invoicing. Perform first class, customer focused HVAC service for our Central NJ customers. Sharing stress and load with our team of dedicated long-term technicians.

* Candidates with excellent knowledge of heating and cooling systems.
* Pleasant phone mannerisms and competent technology skills important.

Qualifications
* Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education
* Valid Drivers License
* Customer service experience required along with strong communication and computer skills
* Prior managerial skills are a must
