About the Court of Protection Team:
The specialist Court of Protection Team provides tailored legal advice and support for individuals with diminished mental capacity, often following traumatic brain injuries. The team prides itself on its empathetic, client-centric approach, focusing on protecting clients' best interests through guidance on deputyship applications, statutory wills, and property & affairs management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As an Associate Solicitor, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team to secure the best outcomes for clients regarding their private property and financial affairs. You will support experienced lawyers on complex deputyship cases while managing your own caseload. This position offers an environment for gaining valuable experience and confidence at a manageable pace.
You will receive extensive mentoring and support to establish yourself as a trusted expert in this area of law and to take on greater responsibilities within the team.
