About the Role
You will support viewings for our Rickmansworth Lettings team. This role includes providing support on Saturdays between 9am‑4pm and requires a valid UK driving licence. We are looking for an outgoing and confident individual with excellent communication skills to join our Rickmansworth Lettings team as a viewing assistant.
Responsibilities
* Meet prospective clients at the properties for viewings.
* Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a Savills’ Representative.
* Have a good understanding of the property market.
* Maintain excellent business acumen with the ability to keep up with the latest trends in the property industry and local market.
* Continually examine performance and evolve accordingly.
Qualifications
* Knowledge & experience of Rickmansworth and the surrounding villages.
* Self‑motivated.
* Adaptable, excellent people skills.
* Confident dealing with clients and purchasers.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to quickly build rapport.
* Professional and personable.
