Business Analyst | Process Mapping | Business Change | Stakeholder Management | Professional Services If youre a Business Analyst who wants more than just documenting requirements and is looking to drive real business change, influence stakeholders, and progress into senior-level transformation work this is a strong opportunity. This role sits within a Top 150 UK law firm investing heavily in systems, process improvement, and business transformation. Youll work across the business, partnering with legal teams, IT, and senior leadership to shape how the firm operates and evolves. This is not a siloed BA role. Youll be front-facing, commercially involved, and central to change delivery. The Role Engaging with stakeholders across legal and business support teams Gathering, analysing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements Facilitating workshops, interviews, and process reviews Mapping current and future state processes Identifying inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement Supporting business change and transformation projects Assisting with system implementation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Producing high-quality documentation, process maps, and user guidance Supporting implementation, training, and change adoption Monitoring and reporting on the impact and success of change initiatives Acting as a key link between IT, stakeholders, and external suppliers Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience delivering process improvement or business change initiatives Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and recommend solutions Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions Strong documentation skills Excellent communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Desirable Experience Experience within professional services, legal, or regulated environments Exposure to case management, document management, or practice management systems Understanding of project management or change methodologies Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or data analysis Exposure to systems integration or workflow automation About You Analytical and commercially aware Confident working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams Collaborative and approachable Proactive and solutions-focused Comfortable challenging ideas and driving improvement Adaptable in a fast-paced environment Motivated by progression and development Why Apply?
