Our services include structured group walks (Mutts Mooches), behaviour consultations (Mutts Minds), charity partnerships (Mutts Mavericks) and wedding day chaperone services (Mutts Moments). Role Description
This is a contract role for a Dog Walker, located on-site in Ramsbottom. The Dog Walker will conduct daily on-lead group dog walks, ensuring the dogs' safety and socialisation during pack adventures. Responsibilities also include managing dog behaviour during walks, providing feedback to pet owners and maintaining a caring and loving environment for the dogs.
Qualifications
* Experience in dog walking, handling, or other pet care services
* Knowledge of dog behaviour and training techniques
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and responsibly, managing the safety and well-being of multiple dogs
* Reliable transportation to travel between locations
* Passion for dogs and a commitment to their welfare
* IMDT certification or other relevant qualifications are advantageous
