Teaching Assistant (Band A and B)
Salary: Band A (Actual salary £19,388-£22,004) + (SEN allowance £1,179) | Band B Actual salary (£22,361 - £26,924) + (SEN allowance £1,179)

About the RoleTeaching Assistants at City of Birmingham School support both class teachers and pupils across a range of learning and developmental activities. This includes working with individuals and small groups, contributing to learning plans, promoting social and emotional development, supporting curriculum access and helping to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
