Benefits Competitive salary up to £35,000, depending on experience Supportive team environment within a dynamic, growing logistics business Excellent opportunities for long-term career progression within the freight sector Key Responsibilities Coordinate import and export shipments across road, air, and sea Liaise with carriers, agents, and customers to ensure smooth, timely deliveries Prepare and manage all shipping documentation (bills of lading, invoices, etc.) Provide quotations and negotiate rates with suppliers and clients Track shipments and proactively resolve any issues during transit Ensure full compliance with international trade and customs regulations Experience & Skills Required Must have previous freight forwarding experience - 100 % essential Strong familiarity with customs procedures and documentation Knowledge of customs and international shipping regulations Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy operational environment If you have proven freight forwarding experience and a proactive approach to customer service and problem-solving, we want to hear from you.
