What Makes You Perfect for This Role?
Essential:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering OR 5+ years of hands-on experience in material handling system design / automation / manufacturing
* CAD mastery – AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar tools are second nature to you
* Deep technical knowledge of material handling processes, tolerances, and specifications
* The ability to conceptualize AND execute with surgical precision
* Sharp problem-solving skills and an obsessive attention to detail
