Key Responsibilities
1. Manage client queries and ensure records meet deadlines.
2. Review VAT returns for accuracy and compliance.
3. Conduct account reviews before final management review.
4. Prepare accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
5. Prepare management accounts as needed.
6. Visit clients to strengthen relationships and gather information.
7. Assist with work planning and task prioritization.
8. Prepare ad-hoc VAT returns.
9. Support and train junior team members.
Role Requirements
* Excellent communication skills and relationship management.
* Experience in team management and project leadership.
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
* Confidence in liaising with senior management.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience
* Fully qualified member of ACCA, CA, CIMA, or ICAEW.
* Full UK driving license for client visits.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
