As a Commercial Account Executive in our Belfast office you will be responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of clients. You will be supported by Account Managers, New Business Broker, Contact Manager and dedicated Claims Team. Key Responsibilities Identifying and engaging with new business prospects to produce new clients Overall relationship management and retention responsibility for dedicated client accounts Acting as a trusted advisor and business partner for our clients Networking with broader Lockton colleagues to collaborate across disciplines to identify added services Maintenance and development of Salesforce records Skills required: Previous experience of working within the insurance industry Proficient understanding of the relevant classes of business Ability to identify opportunities for business development and pursue with success Ability to build and maintain good business relationships with clients, insurers and associates Strong leadership skills and ability to delegate as appropriate Strong presentation skills in both preparation and execution Professional and tactful negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve objectives Lockton is the world's largest privately held independent insurance brokerage.
