Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Leading best practice across the Science department with a focus on pedagogy
*
Modelling outstanding classroom practice across key stages
*
Mentoring ECTs and supporting colleagues through coaching and joint planning
*
Using data to inform departmental teaching strategy
*
Developing innovative teaching resources and schemes of work
Ideal Candidate Profile:
*
A qualified Science teacher with a track record of exceptional results
*
Experience teaching at KS4 and ideally KS5 in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
*
A reflective and research-informed approach to teaching and curriculum design
*
Proven ability to support, lead and inspire colleagues
*
A commitment to inclusion, achievement, and whole-school improvement
*
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
