About the Role We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to join our team, supporting Custody, Criminal Justice and wider operational areas across the Force. This role plays a key part in monitoring and interpreting performance information, ensuring our work aligns with the Force’s strategic vision, values and culture. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will: Monitor, analyse and collate a wide range of performance and operational data. Provide clear, insightful management information to Senior Leadership Teams and colleagues across the organisation. Attend meetings to present up-to-date performance data and insights. Identify, share and promote good practice within the Force and across other policing areas. Prepare timely and compliant responses to information requests from HMICFRS, Strategic Development, Chief Officers and other stakeholders. Conduct trend and pattern analysis, undertake research, and produce reports and presentations. Support and provide cover for colleagues within the Performance Team as required.
