As a Business Management Executive, you will take on a key role within live campaign operations—supporting performance, leading from the front, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. This is a hands-on, management-track position with a clear and structured pathway into Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will support and gradually take ownership of core business functions, including:
* Managing daily customer acquisition activities, ensuring efficiency and structure
* Leading by example in customer engagement, maintaining high professional and brand standards
* Monitoring performance metrics and contributing to the achievement of campaign targets
* Delivering team briefings and debriefings to align on goals and review performance
* Supporting team development through feedback, coaching, and performance tracking
* Maintaining accurate reporting and ensuring compliance with company and client processes
* Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and overall results
* Contributing to ongoing business growth and expansion initiatives
As you progress, you will take ownership of campaign segments and move toward full leadership of teams and operations.
