Job Title: 1st Line Support IT Apprentice
Pay: £22,000 per annum
18 Month Apprentice with a view of a full-time permanent position upon completion ...
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm
Location - Oxford
Training Provided :
Level 3 ICT apprenticeship standard delivered via virtual learning platform sessions. With support from specialist trainers and 121 skills coaches and our learning platform "Aptem" where you will complete the learning on program. IT Vendor training will also be provided.
Main Duties include:
1. To assist in the maintenance of the company's ICT network & systems
2. Logging customer support calls
3. Providing Support for Windows 10 & Micosoft Applications
4. Manage & support digital service desk calls
5. Monitor digital service desk queues incluiding Email inbox
6. Manage & audit mobile devices
7. Troubleshoot end user devices
8. Network support
9. Repairing desktop PC faults
10. Network servicing
Qualifications and Key Skills:
11. Maths & English GCSE at Grade C/Level 4 or above or equivalent is desirable
12. Good communication skills
13. An interest/passion it IT/computing
14. Self-motivated, professional and enthusiastic
