Interim Legal Counsel – Corporate & Commercial
Hybrid (Essex + Remote) | 6–12 Month FTC | Global Organisation
A leading international company is looking for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join on an interim basis. This role covers a broad range of legal work across Europe, with a focus on commercial contracts, governance, and cross-border transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft and negotiate commercial, co-operation, and real estate agreements
* Advise on corporate governance, M&A, and restructuring projects
* Manage multi-jurisdictional legal matters and liaise with local counsel
* Support cross-functional teams on strategic legal issues
About You
* Qualified solicitor (UK/EU) with 5–7+ years’ experience
* Background in commercial and corporate law (in-house or private practice)
* Skilled in handling cross-border work and complex transactions
* Proactive, commercially minded, and confident managing stakeholders
