We are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our team in Portadown! This is a permanent part‑time role that requires flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
* Support the management of our team and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
* Provide team members with appropriate skills, knowledge and training.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service.
* Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
* Play a vital part in continuing to make our store a fun place to work.
Qualifications
* Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
* The ability to think on your feet and motivate others.
* Effective communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills.
* A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude.
