Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting out and managing sub-contractors, with a solid understanding of construction processes and site management. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform setting out duties to ensure accurate project delivery in line with designs and specifications.
* Manage and coordinate sub-contractors on-site to ensure work is completed to the required standard and within deadlines.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all sites.
* Work closely with the project management team to ensure that site activities are progressing according to plan.
* Carry out regular inspections and maintain site records.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Site Engineer, with a focus on setting out and sub-contractor management.
* Strong understanding of construction techniques and industry standards.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
* Relevant qualifications in engineering or construction are preferred.
