We’re looking for a Store Coach to run our South London store. Someone who’s got a head for operations, a heart for people, and a passion for creating brilliant customer experiences—no matter how or where our customers choose to shop.
What you’ll be responsible for
* Customer Acquisition – Grow our local presence, boost social media following, encourage e‑receipts, and find smart ways to bring new customers through the door and keep them coming back.
* Customer Obsession – Coach and empower hosts to deliver a seamless, multi‑channel shopping experience—from mobile point‑of‑sale to virtual consultations. Champion a Customer‑First mindset to help the team deliver consistently great service and strong NPS results.
* Trading Mindset – Spot opportunities, act fast, and keep the store looking its best. Work closely with the Deputy Manager and Team Leaders to bring campaigns to life and maintain high standards.
* Process & Compliance – Manage click & collect, stock loss prevention, compliance, health & safety, and audit standards to ensure the store runs smoothly and safely.
* Empower the Team – Inspire leaders to think like owners, nurture talent, build succession plans, and work with the Regional Coach and People Lead to grow the team.
