The Role
You will take full ownership of health & safety on site, working closely with the project team to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the lifecycle of the build. This is a standalone role on a single scheme, giving you real influence and visibility across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all health & safety activities on site
* Ensure compliance with current legislation and company procedures
* Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
* Drive a proactive safety culture across the project team and subcontractors
* Provide guidance and support to site management
About You
* IOSH qualified (essential)
* Level 6 qualification (desirable)
* Proven experience in a Health & Safety role on construction projects
* Experience on larger-scale or high-value schemes preferred
* A well-rounded, confident professional with strong communication skills
