WE’RE HIRING: EXECUTIVE SALES CONSULTANTS – TRADE PRICES DIRECT

What We’re Looking For

* Tenacity – you’re not afraid to dial, follow up, and ask the next question.
* Strong conversational skills – you can quickly build rapport and identify a client’s needs, wants, and desires.
* Process-driven mindset – you’re thorough, organized, and don’t let details slip.
* Product confidence – you’ll learn the differences between profiles, locking systems, U-values, and installation standards so you can guide clients properly.
* Diligence – strong customer relation management skills, ensuring customer queries are responded to in a timely fashion.


What The Role Involves

* Speaking with inbound enquiries and warm leads
* Understanding the client’s project and offering the right solutions
* Requesting measurements, and design details
* Sending quotes and following a structured follow-up process
* Working closely with our surveyors, installers, and management team
* Delivering a professional, confident experience that makes clients feel safe choosing us


Requirements


Essential

* Proven ability to make outbound calls confidently and consistently
* Strong communication skills: able to build rapport quickly and ask intelligent questions
* A consultative mindset – comfortable uncovering needs, wants, concerns, and decision drivers
* High persistence and follow-up discipline; you don’t let warm opportunities go cold
* Strong organizational habits and ability to manage a pipeline through a CRM
* Willingness to learn the technical differences between profiles, glazing options, locking systems, and installation standards
* Ability to work self-directed, hit activity targets, and maintain momentum throughout the day
* Professional, clear, and reliable behaviour with clients
* Competence in email, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools


Desirable

* Understanding of NEPQ-style or consultative sales techniques
* Experience working on a self‑employed or commission‑based model
* Experience handling objections, slowing conversations down, and helping clients reach the right decisions for their needs
