The Role:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen
* Deliver consistently high-quality, fresh food
* Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets
* Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety standards
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen
* Build strong working relationships with stakeholders
