What you'll be doing day to day
1. Organise team meetings, away days, workshops, and training
2. Coordinate the monthly colleague calls and roadshows across the firm
3. Diary management for the senior management team
4. Undertake market research on companies, competitors, and the marketplace
5. Assist with the production of documents such as Board reports, PowerPoint presentations, and proposals
6. Maintain and update the CRM system with client and prospect data
7. Manage the marketing invoice book and credit card
8. Assist in planning and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media)
9. Order name badges for new starters, branded merchandise, and other print items
10. Proofread marketing materials to ensure they meet brand requirements and style guide
11. Support other BD and marketing activities as required
We are looking for an experienced administrator, someone proactive who can spot where they can help the team. The person should use their own initiative and be adaptable working with changing deadlines and priorities. Most importantly, they will love being part of a fun and creative team.
* Top-notch organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
* Strong attention to detail
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* Full driving license and own transport are essential
