Responsibilities
* Lead the adoption and embedding of our Product Operating Model across governance, workflows and idea management.
* Accountable of all agile ways of working for the AXA UK business.
* Coach, mentor and facilitate teams and individuals to optimise Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP) and product management practices.
* Assess team maturity, identify improvement opportunities, and partner with Product Managers, Owners, Tribe Leads and Scrum Masters to foster a product-centric mindset.
* Develop engaging training content, deliver tailored sessions and support continuous learning through workshops, webinars, and community activities.
* Manage and enhance the Product Academy platform, ensuring accessible, relevant and up-to-date learning materials.
* Support product onboarding strategies, standardise product communications and promote knowledge sharing across the organisation.
* Collaborate with internal teams to influence organisational change, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive a culture of self-organisation and ownership.
Qualifications
* Experience in Product Management, Agile Coaching, or Product Operations.
* Understanding of Agile methodologies and practical application in varied contexts.
* Knowledge of Product Operating Models and product ways of working.
* Skilled in facilitating workshops, delivering engaging training and fostering communities of practice.
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to produce clear enablement materials and influence stakeholders confidently.
* Experience in adult learning principles, training design and managing multiple initiatives.
* Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
* As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
