VANRATH have partnered with one of the Ireland's leading retail partners, servicing over 1000 stores, warehouses and offices.
The client is seeking to add to the Operational Support team by hiring for a retail equipment planner. Your role is to oversee the successful installation of automated coffee machines with third-party agencies, manage asset tracking, communicate installation plans, report on assets and plan versus target by store brand, and manage machine configurations for stock management.

~£33,000 + 5% Bonus + Company Car

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation planning, Asset Management & Operational Excellence
1. Coordinate and manage the installation of automated coffee machines into Store with third-party agencies in various locations, ensuring timely and efficient setup
2. Maintain a comprehensive asset tracking system to monitor the location, status, and performance of coffee machines across each of the sub stores
3. Effectively communicate installation plans, timelines, and requirements to internal teams, third-party agencies, and store managers to ensure a smooth installation process
4. Supporting relevant staff in store on the delivery of our automated ordering and training requirements on the ground - during and post roll out. This is a hands on role in store and will encompass, removing stock and cups from the old dock and re-merchandising the new dock on completion of install
5. Working in conjunction with the wider Sales team to support store refresh plans and new store opening deadlines
Stock & Ordering
6. Ensuring coffee consumables are managed in a satisfactory way in store - including the monitoring and correct use of all consumables associated with the brand
7. Working closely with the relevant store personnel in relation to day-to-day stock management and automated ordering for the store
8. Communicating with stores on delivery days and cut off times for ordering via AOP
9. Implementing in-store excellence for weekly stock take on all coffee consumables
10. Ensure best practice waste management behaviours are implemented in store
Roll Out Support
11. Support the Brand Support Manager and MNI team in coordinating the sign-up process of all F&H agreements
12. Liaising with F&H Brand Support Manager, financial analyst on weekly basis highlighting any ongoing issues and roll-out plans
13. Replenishment of point of sale and other tools required to facilitate installs
14. Provide on-site support for all F&H installations across Northern Ireland
15. Manage machine configurations to optimise stock management, including ensuring the right mix of coffee machine models in each store
16. Complete all Administration for asset management post install
17. Audit Coffee Excellence standards in store at times when installations allow
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
18. Full driving licence (ESSENTIAL)
19. 1-3 years relevant experience in an equipment planning environment - particularly within the retail, foodservice and/or coffee sectors
20. High-level knowledge of Word and Excel
21. Ability to communicate effectively with 3rd Party technical teams and interpret data driven insights for stock control & forecasting

22. Proven track record in a multi-site retail environment and/or experience in supporting independent retailers
23. Experience in similar role
24. Accounts Management / Sales Experience
25. Passion for Coffee
26. Knowledge of coffee bean to cup equipment
27. Barista background
28. Experience: Previous experience in project management, asset management, or a similar role, preferably in the context of food service equipment
