Front of House Team Member, The Wok Inn - Forres

We're looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our team at The Wok Inn for evening and weekend shifts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, or is looking for a flexible side hustle alongside college, school, or another job.

Key Responsibilities
* Serving customers in the restaurant and pouring drinks
* Taking dine-in and takeaway orders by phone and in person
* Organising the flow between restaurant and takeaway operations
* Operating the till and confidently handling cash
* Occasionally opening and locking up the restaurant and being in sole charge at times
* Keeping front-of-house and public areas clean and presentable
* Managing the Just Eat delivery platform, ensuring online orders are accepted, prepared, and dispatched efficiently.
What We're Looking For
* Previous hospitality experience preferred (Not Essential)
* Confident, organised, and enthusiastic team player
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible and dependable, especially for evenings and weekends
* Friendly personality with good communication skills
* Willingness to learn and grow with the role
