You'll join a dedicated care team covering one or more of these local areas:
* LS10: Belle Isle, Hunslet, Middleton
* LS11: Beeston
* LS14: Killingbeck & Seacroft
* LS27: Morley
* WF3: East Ardsley
* LS26: Rothwell
* LS12: Armley
* LS15: Killingbeck
* LS13: Bramley
Pay & Shift Patterns
We offer shift pay, not pay-per-call — meaning you're paid continuously from your first visit to your last.
* £12.82 p/hr – Drivers
* Mileage: 45p/mile (drivers)
* Part-time & full-time hours available
Shift Patterns
* Early: 7:00am – 2:00pm
* Late: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
We agree your rota in advance on a 2-week rolling pattern, including:
* Alternate full weekends OR every Saturday OR every Sunday
* Evenings as agreed within your availability

What You'll Do as a Care Assistant
Whether you've supported someone at home or are completely new to care, if you're kind, reliable, and eager to help others live well, you'll be great with us.
As a Be Caring Care Assistant, you will:
* Support people to achieve their personal goals and outcomes
* Provide dignified personal care
* Promote independence and confidence through enabling support
* Work with families and professionals to deliver person-centred care
* Communicate clearly, documenting and sharing important information
* Help people stay connected to their local community and services
Your Induction & Training
You'll receive full training to help you become an outstanding Care Assistant, including:
* Be Caring values & going Above and Beyond
* Safeguarding, dignity, respect & equality
* Confidentiality & professional boundaries
* Medication, fluids and nutrition
* Moving & positioning, basic life support, pressure area care
* Infection prevention, health & safety
* Learning disabilities (Oliver McGowan Tier 1), mental health & capacity
