We are seeking dedicated and proactive Academic Support Graduates to join our partner SEN schools. In this role, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and build meaningful progress in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 or small‑group academic and pastoral support.
* Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
* Support pupils with communication, sensory needs, behaviour, and emotional regulation.
* Help create a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff.
* Contribute to pupils’ independence, routines, and confidence.
We’re Looking For
* A recent graduate (any discipline welcome; psychology, education, health, or social sciences particularly advantageous).
* Someone patient, enthusiastic, and resilient.
* A genuine interest in SEN, child development, or therapeutic approaches.
* Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
* Previous experience with children or vulnerable adults is helpful but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
