What we are looking for:
We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.
All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:
* 12AB Traffic Management Foreman
Duties may include:
* Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
* Deliver site daily briefings.
* Have a competent understating and implementation of 'Raising The Bar' document.
* Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers.
* Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work standards.
* Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
* To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
* Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
* Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
* Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
* Complete Risk Assessments.
* Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
