We're looking for a Senior Electrical Design Manager to play a pivotal role on the transformation of Calderdale Royal Hospital. This is a rare opportunity to influence a major healthcare scheme from early design through to delivery, ensuring safe, efficient and future-ready environments for patients and clinicians alike.

What you'll be doing
o Leading the electrical design strategy from pre-construction through to delivery
o Acting as a key interface between client, consultants, and delivery teams
o Driving design optimisation, ensuring solutions are efficient, compliant and buildable
o Owning design programmes, coordination and reporting across all phases
o Leading collaborative design reviews and technical challenge sessions to reduce risk
o Supporting construction, commissioning and handover of critical systems
What you'll bring
o Strong experience delivering MEP / electrical design on complex projects, ideally healthcare or similarly regulated sectors
o Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders
o Deep understanding of design governance, risk and statutory compliance
o Passion for innovation, modern methods and digital engineering
o Degree in an engineering discipline and ideally chartered status
