Join us as Registered Manager, our specialist Family Assessment Centre in Great Malvern. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a committed team in delivering life-changing outcomes for vulnerable families.
About UsOur Service provides residential assessments for up to seven families facing a range of challenges, including mental health issues, learning disabilities, and substance misuse. Through our trauma-informed, 14-week programmes—guided by the ParentAssess model—we provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment where families can grow and thrive.
Your Role Will Involve:
* Managing daily operations at our service with a clear focus on safety, quality, and outcomes.
* Leading and supporting your team with regular supervision, coaching, and professional development.
* Creating bespoke assessment plans tailored to the individual needs of each family.
* Ensuring all practice meets Ofsted standards, with a commitment to achieving Outstanding.
* Liaising with local authorities and external professionals to ensure seamless, multi-agency support.
* Overseeing referral management, reporting, and service development at a strategic level.
* Embedding a trauma-informed, resilience-building culture within the team and home.
What You’ll Need:
* Qualified Social Worker (registered with Social Work England).
* Proven experience managing family assessments or residential care services.
* Strong understanding of complex family dynamics and risk factors.
* Familiarity with the ParentAssess model and experience delivering structured parenting assessments.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
* A collaborative approach to multidisciplinary working and safeguarding practice.
