Core duties:
1. Supporting a team of Directors, Architects, legal ream and wider office with a varied administrative workload
2. Type, draft and produce documents efficiently and preparing reports
3. Taking dictation at meetings, using a case management system, formatting and editing documents
4. Organising electronic job folders
5. Answering phones, taking messages and acting as first point of contact into the business
Job Essentials:
6. At least three years’ administrative support experience
7. Knowledge of working within sub-contract, project management, legal or construction sector is a distinct advantage
8. Strong MS knowledge and a natural born organiser
