Senior CRO Consultant

R13 are looking for an experienced CRO Specialist to join a fast-moving, innovative agency entering its next phase of optimisation growth. If you combine analytical thinking with creativity and love solving problems, this role gives you the chance to make a measurable impact.
You’ll take a deep dive into user behaviour -spotting opportunities, shaping smart hypotheses and running experiments that improve client performance. From ideation to testing to reporting, you’ll help refine every stage of the customer journey using clear, meaningful data.
You’ll enjoy this role if experimenting, learning and collaborating with a talented marketing team motivates you. The agency is Norwich-based, remote working is available, with the expectation of at least one office visit per month. Salary up to £65, depending on experience.

The Day to Day:
3. Analyse data and user behaviour to identify issues and opportunities
4. Build evidence-based hypotheses and CRO roadmaps
5. Run comprehensive CRO audits (heuristic reviews, data analysis, qualitative insight)
6. Design and manage A/B, multivariate and personalisation tests
7. Create wireframes or prototypes where needed
8. Interpret test results and provide clear, actionable recommendations
9. Work closely with cross-functional teams for a joined-up approach
10. Maintain confident, proactive communication with clients
You Will Have/Be:
11. Extensive senior-level CRO or UX experience
12. Proven success delivering CRO strategies
13. Strong strategic thinking with technical and client-facing strengths
14. Skilled with behavioural tools (Hotjar, SessionCam, etc.)
15. Solid understanding of web analytics and insight application
16. Experience with A/B testing platforms (Google Optimize, VWO, etc.)
17. Knowledge of user-centred design principles
18. Basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge (ideal, not essential)
19. Clear, jargon-free communication skills
20. Awareness of wider digital marketing (SEO, Paid Media)
