What you’ll do
Being a Global Product Change Management (3G) Commercialisation Lead is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll:
* Embed core ways of working for ‘current’ 3G processes, working across all platforms, regions and functions to ensure new 3G practices are applied consistently.
* Support preparation of monthly global platform 3G forums in partnership with Platform teams.
* Lead a team of 3 Commercialisation Managers.
* Provide Commercialisation support to relevant projects and team members where required.
Qualifications
* An expert brimming with knowledge and a history of experience in a similar role.
* A visionary who can see three steps ahead to put bold plans in place.
* A communicator with the passion to share ideas – and make them happen.
